We sent the APM to be tested by the Nelson Labs in Salt Lake City, Utah for Breathability, Flammability, Bacterial Filtration Efficiency, Viral Filtration Efficiency, and Particle Filtration Efficiency. When compared to test results for 2-ply cotton masks, the hmnkind APM scored higher across all tests for breathability, BFE, VFE and PFE.

Sizing and Fit Guide     
EXTRA SMALL
Recommended size for those with a Tip of Nose to Chin measurement that range from 3.0 - 3.5 inches. Ideal size for children under 10.

MEDIUM
Recommended size for most people with a Tip of Nose to Chin measurement of 4.0 - 4.5 inches.

SMALL
Recommended size for adults with generally smaller faces with a Tip of Nose to Chin measurement that range from 3.5 - 4.0 inches. Ideal size for ages 10 and up.
LARGE
Recommended size for people with fuller cheeks or rounder faces with a Tip of Nose to Chin measurement of 4.5 - 5.0 inches.
 

The APM comes pre-washed in sealed packaging, but we still recommend you hand wash and dry before use. Reuse up to 100 times. When you’re done with the mask, you can mail the mask back to us so the mask can be recycled. Handwash daily with luke warm water and mild scentless soap. Rinse soap out and gently squeeze out excess water. Hang open to dry.

Reusable and Recyclable
Resuable and sustainable for the environment, the APM produces little waste. Due to the pandemic, PPE waste has been further littering our planet. While we believe in personal safety, we want to do our part to save the Earth.

Designed to be reused, the APM mask can be washed up to 100 times. This means less waste and a a smaller impact on our planet.
→  Recyclable
Due to the material of our mask, we ask you don’t throw them away! We have a recycling program through a partner who will recycle the mask into many different products such as mattresses or insulation.
